1. The Service

FlyMU is a free, fan-made private server for the game MU Online, provided for entertainment. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Webzen or the official publishers of MU Online. All related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• One person is responsible for each identity; you may create up to five in-game accounts per identity.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your accounts.
• Do not share, sell, or transfer your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, use bots, hacks, exploits, or any unauthorized third-party software.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players; or post unlawful, hateful, or infringing content.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the Service except as permitted by law.

4. Virtual items

In-game items, currency, characters, and progress have no real-world monetary value, are not your property, and may be modified, reset, or removed as part of operating the Service.

5. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Service or its community, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

6. Availability & disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and are not liable for lost progress, data, or downtime to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
